Colorful Boutique MORE opened in Fukuoka in 2009. With the concept of “retro-modern for adults,” we have a selection of colorful pop vintage items from the 1950's to 70's that we purchased from Europe. We also offer antique KIMONOs and original items based on the idea that “KIMONO is also fashion”.
European vintage clothing, which has been the center of world fashion since ancient times, is often detailed and has a classical taste. Among them, MORE selects mainly colorful pop tastes from the 60's and 70's. We offer retro pop that can be worn with elegance. We propose retro pop that can be worn with elegance.
The antique kimonos we deal in at MORE are mainly prewar KIMONOs from the Taisho period (1912-1926) to the early Showa period (1926-1989). There are Taisho-roman patterns featuring gorgeous designs that fuse Western culture, and classic patterns that incorporate traditional Japanese and Chinese designs.
Most of the items are born from my wish “I wish I had something like this ♩”. The lineup ranges from ribbon berets, long scarves, and coats that go well with both Western clothes and KIMONOs, to accessories for dressing KIMONOs such as obi boards and original KIMONOs.

The Taisho-romantic atmosphere on the second floor of the MORE can be used as a multipurpose space for photography studio, hands-on courses (WorkShop), live performances, exhibitions and sales events, etc. For more information, please contact us using the inquiry form.
